I’m a Technical Delivery Manager at EDX, a ServiceNow Elite Partner. I lead teams that implement complex, multi-module ServiceNow solutions for enterprise and public sector clients in Brazil.
I got here the long way, and I’m glad I did. For more than a decade I built on the platform myself: 14+ Service Portals, Now Mobile apps, Employee Centers and CSM implementations for companies like Honda, MUFG, Leroy Merlin and Suzano. That hands-on background shapes how I lead today. I know what a realistic estimate looks like, where technical risk hides, and what a team needs to deliver well.
Before ServiceNow, I studied Design and Business Economics and ran my own digital agency. That’s why I think about every implementation from the user’s side first: a portal that nobody adopts is not a delivered project.
What I believe about delivery: projects rarely fail because of the platform. They fail when hard conversations are postponed and risks stay hidden behind green status reports. My job is to bring clarity early, to clients, to leadership and to the team.
I also write about delivery, leadership and AI adoption here on the blog.
